Friesian in the wind

As many of you know I’m often out photographing with my old Rolleiflex TLR camera. I’ll be sharing more images from this ‘personal work’ in the months ahead. It isn’t easy to use compared to a modern DSLR and the reversed waist-level viewfinder can be a headache with moving subjects, but I do love the camera and the resulting photos.

This is a rare Red Friesian mare photographed outside of Petaluma, California.
