Shy Bumblebee

This is Bumblebee. He’s a shy fellow, with one great mane. You can see more of him in my equine photography gallery.  It’s a simple photo, except he won’t let new visitors get within 20 feet of him. So while the photograph only took 1/8000 of a second, the encounter took several days… several well-spent days.
