PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS WITH JAK WONDERLY

I hope that you will enjoy your class and find it a great value. I work very had to ensure workshops run smoothly but I ask you to understand that itinerary and details must be subject to change. Timing and subject matter may vary depending upon prevailing local conditions, light, and animal behavior. The following terms and conditions should cover most potential situations but please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or comments.

 

Payment:

  • A deposit payment of 50% of the total cost is due to hold a seat. 100% payment is preferred at time of booking, and is due 12 days prior to workshop.
  • Deposit payments may be made either via PayPal or by cash (in person) or check (in advance).

 

Refunds:

  • For client cancellations more than 12 days before the booked workshop date: Full refund less 10% administration fee.
  • For client cancellations less than 12 days before the booked tour date: All fees forfeited.
  • Notification of cancellation by either e-mail or phone is acceptable but must be followed by written confirmation.
  • In the unlikely event that Jak Wonderly is forced to cancel a workshop, as much notice as possible will be given and a full refund of payments will be made via PayPal.

 

Liability Waiver:

  • Participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver form before the workshop commences.
  • Additional waivers may be necessary for the venue / host of the workshop.

 

Image Licensing:

  • The workshops are designed to build photography skills in subject-rich environments. They are not commercial photo shoots. No release forms from the model(s) or for the property(ies) will be provided, and images taken during the class may not be licensed nor your copyright transferred.

 

Responsibility:

  • Jak Wonderly and his agents and representatives accept no responsibility for loss, damage, theft or injury to person or property resulting from the actions of Jak Wonderly, his agents or any persons who provide services for the workshop.
  • Camera equipment and other possessions remain the responsibility of the owner at all times.
  • Jak Wonderly reserves the right to withdraw or conclude the workshop at any time or to decline any person as a member of the class at any time, for any reason.

 

Health:

  • It is the responsibility of the client to inform Jak Wonderly of any potential health issues at the time of booking. Agreement of these terms and conditions indicates that you certify that you do not have any physical or other conditions that may hinder your participation in the workshop or which might present a potential risk to yourself, the tour organizer or other tour participants.
  • Where applicable: It is strongly recommended that participants have a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cancellation cover, in place for the duration of the workshop.

 

Acceptance:

  • Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
